within Germany €4.50
to all other countries €7.00

Delivery Times
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, I will ship the order in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

estimated delivery times within Germany: 5–7 working days
international delivery times: 7–21 working days

Unfortunately, delays may occasionally occur, as I have no influence over the shipping carriers’ delivery times.

Claims
Despite great care, damages can unfortunately occur in rare cases, e.g. during transport. Please contact me by email in this case with your order number and a photo of the affected product so that I can send you a replacement as quickly as possible: contact@risataki.de

Returns
You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days without stating any reasons. Please send me a short email including your order number to contact@risataki.de and return the items to: Lisa Rynebrant, Harkortstraße 42, 44225 Dortmund, Germany.
Please return the products unused and in their original packaging. If you no longer have the outer packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.

Refunds
The refund will be processed immediately after receipt of the return and usually via the same payment method you used for your order.
